HELVIA FIDUCIAIRE administrates goods and asset on behalf of third parties, with or without a fiduciary title.

As the intermediate representative of the parties (super partes), HELVIA FIDUCIAIRE guarantees the concrete accommodation of sometimes conflicting interests, but coinciding as far as the optimization of social management is concerned, between partners with managerial responsibilities and financing partners.

Among the most significant administration operations carried out are the following:

• Administration of real estate, movable property and composite assets, including inheritances, donations, bequests, foundation assets, retirement funds for employees, pension funds of associations and professional orders;
•  Administration, in the name of HELVIA FIDUCIAIRE, but on behalf of its trustees, of securities and assets, in order to ensure the timely execution of obligations and transactions;
• Pledging or depositing, in the name of HELVIA FIDUCIAIRE but on behalf of others,  of securities, savings books and valuables in general, as a guarantee for banking and financial transactions;
• Representation of shareholders who intend to cast a unitary vote at a specific meeting;
• Representation and protection of the personal and patrimonial rights of savings shareholders and bondholders, both under individual and collective mandates and in compliance with the law;
• Performance of duties on behalf of companies and bodies issuing share and bond deposits for the purpose of shareholders' meeting, for the payment of dividends and coupons, for the redemption of bonds and for any other transaction ordered by the issuer on its own securities;
• Maintenance of the shareholders and/or bondholders' register of companies listed on the Stock Exchange or in any case having a large shareholder base and consequent civil, administrative and fiscal obligations (convocation of shareholders' meetings, payment of dividends and interest, increases or redemptions of share capital, issue of bonds, grouping and splitting of issued securities).
